A HYROX Sim is a mock-up of the official HYROX fitness race, designed to mimic the exact format of 8km of running interspersed with 8 functional workout stations (e.g., sled push, burpees, wall balls).

Cancellation Policy

Please ensure you give us as much notice as possible when cancelling classes, as it enables us to give your space to someone on the waiting list. Non Members - If we receive less than 5 hours notice of cancelling, the class fee will still need to be paid and you will be sent a payment link.
